Ryan started his commercial real estate career in 2016 and specializes in professional office, medical office, and industrial properties. His client-first focus and tenacious work ethic helped him close over 60 transactions for over $180 Million. Ryan believes the key to his success is focusing on building long-term relationships by truly understanding his clients’ needs and objectives, and staying true to what is in their best interest.
As business quickly reached capacity, Ryan co-founded the McCullough – Jaynes Investment Group. A team of likeminded individuals who strive to provide the highest quality representation for private owners of office and industrial properties throughout Central Texas
Ryan graduated with a degree in Business Technology. His studies were focused on improving businesses through the use of technology and was able to implement some developments in Fortune 500 companies such as Abbott Laboratories. He has a wide array of previous work experience from software coding to pursuing a career in professional golf.
