Ryan is a Senior Director in the Austin office of JLL Capital Markets Americans and Co-Leads the Central Texas Multifamily Business. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has experience in a variety of multifamily transactions, including investment advisory, debt placement and equity placement. In addition to his knowledge of the multi-housing sector, Ryan has a solid background in student housing, mixed-use, retail, and office investment advisory transactions. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in real estate transactions totaling more than $3.5 billion.
