About
Ryan joined Cronheim Hotel Capital in October 2020 as the Director of Debt and Equity Placement. Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge from his experience on the principal side where he was responsible for hotel acquisition, development and operations. His experience is leveraged throughout the CHC platform helping to curate bespoke financing structures for clients looking for debt and equity.
Prior to joining CHC, Ryan was the Vice President of Business Development at Concord Hospitality. During his 9-year tenure at Concord, Ryan focused on new construction, acquisitions and third party management. Ryan managed over $1B of new hotel construction deals facilitating the addition of more than 25 hotels to the Concord portfolio. Ryan’s initial foray in the hospitality industry was working in hotel operations which allowed him to gain first-hand insight on hotel operations and performance.
Ryan lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife and two boys. He is an MBA graduate from North Carolina State University with a BA in Commercial Tourism Management. He’s an avid golfer, loves to travel and enjoys coaching any sports his children are involved in.
