A member of Cushman & Wakefield's Tenant Advisory Group for over five years, Ryan solely advises office tenants in the Washington DC Metro area with a focus on Northern Virginia. Ryan's roles include strategic planning, site selection, lease negotiation, and transaction management. Prior to C&W, Ryan lived in Spain for ten months, where he resided in six different cities. Before Spain, Ryan worked in hospitality sales in Bethesda, MD for three years, while living and working as a resident staff member at Georgetown Preparatory School. Ryan has also worked in London, UK. Ryan is a member and Co-Chair of the Washington DC Chapter for the Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders (CWFL) Group, and a member of the C&W's Technology Practice Group. He is also a member and Events and Education Committee Co-Chair of the Commercial Real Estate Brokers Association (CREBA) of DC He is a licensed real estate professional in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and the State of Maryland. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College.
