Ryan Harding is an executive managing director with Newmark’s downtown Los Angeles office. Specializing in tenant representation and strategic planning, Mr. Harding currently manages real estate transactions for more than 250 clients throughout Southern California and across the globe. Mr. Harding offers extensive experience with global firms across an array of industries, which has been a unique advantage in his business development and tenant representation efforts. He currently represents several global financial services firms, insurance organizations, media/print companies, entertainment firms, technology corporations, construction companies and non-profits. Among his recent recognitions, Mr. Harding was Newmark’s top producer in Los Angeles from 2012 to 2016. He was also honored as one of Real Estate Southern California’s “Top 40 Under 40” in 2012 and “Top 30 Under 30” in 2009 for his tenant representation work, community involvement and leadership.
