Ryan Hanley began his career in commercial real estate in 2007 and joined Avison Young in March of 2020 as Senior Vice President in the Industrial Services Group. Mr. Hanley offers a full range of brokerage services including tenant representation, landlord representation, acquisitions, dispositions, investment sales, sale-leaseback transactions, and land acquisitions/development. Throughout his commercial real estate career, Mr. Hanley has gained expertise in various aspects of the business including brokerage, property development, underwriting, zoning and financial analysis.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Mr. Hanley’s past work experience includes Darwin Realty & Development, @properties Commercial, and Peerless Development.
