Mr. Fridolfs joined Meridian in 2021 and currently serves as a Junior Broker in the company’s Third Avenue office. He specializes in tenant representation in New York City. Mr. Fridolfs has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector with expansive experience in the leasing of food, fitness, and service-oriented spaces as well as landlord representation for large scale shopping centers. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Fridolfs was a Leasing Intern at Trademark Property Company where he managed leasing deal flow and analysis for the asset management team.
