As a commercial real estate director, my ultimate goal is to contribute to the evolution of the industry by advancing socially responsible real estate practices, which I believe will depend greatly on technology advances in this space. I believe that in 20 years from now the greatest profit from the industry may come from technology rather than from the properties themselves. Throughout my career, I’ve gained deep experience with acquisition, zoning, rezoning, leasing, operations, and sustainability in the built environment. In addition to my asset management experience and background as an investor, I teach a graduate-level Real Estate Entrepreneurship course at Baruch College, where I connect with world-class thought leaders to share their stories and insights.
