Ryan Duffy is a Senior Vice President, Investments with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Ryan joined the Surmount in 2014 and currently leads the groups healthcare focus. He specializes in the creation and execution of sale-leaseback programs, asset disposition/acquisition programs, and lease restructures for a wide range of both public and private healthcare REITs, physician groups, and various other healthcare provider companies. Additionally, Ryan represents and advises high-net-worth individuals on their 1031 exchanges and the construction of their real estate portfolios specific to the healthcare sector. Since joining Surmount, Ryan has marketed and sold approximately $1 billion in transaction volume. Ryan’s unique and exclusive focus in the healthcare space has made him a leader nationwide in the product type which continues to see increased demand nationwide year over year. Prior to working with Surmount, Ryan graduated from Washington College where he served as the Captain of the Men’s Varsity Soccer team. Ryan now enjoys spending his free time playing racquet sports and is involved in a number of Padel organizations in the Philadelphia area.
