Ryan Buckner is an Associate on Colliers' South Florida Investment Services Team, based in the Boca Raton office. He focuses on advising healthcare real estate owners and investors on the sale and valuation of medical office buildings across South Florida, working alongside Mark Rubin, Bastian Schauer, and Jared Mann. Ryan earned a degree in finance and real estate from the University of Alabama. His prior experience includes an Advisory & Transaction Services internship with CBRE, where he supported a national occupier services team and conducted transactional due diligence. He also served as a Property Management Intern at MH Properties, where he handled site inspections, compliance tracking, and maintenance coordination. Ryan brings a disciplined work ethic, analytical mindset, and local market knowledge to support healthcare real estate clients.
