Ryan Athens is an Executive Vice President in the CBRE Ontario office and joined the company as strategic recruit in 2014. Prior to joining CBRE, Ryan was a Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank where he was Rookie of the Year and a top 10 producer. Ryan Athens entered into the commercial real estate industry after graduating with a Bachelors of Arts Degree from San Diego State University. His expertise has been in marketing and disposition of warehouse/ distribution buildings, industrial land, and multi-tenant industrial parks. His focus has been on the representation of both private and institutional landlords, tenants and on the disposition of investment properties in the Inland Empire. He has also been involved in the planning, development and marketing of several large industrial developments in the Inland Empire industrial market.
