Based in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office, Ryan Alexander is a Vice Chairman with the firm’s Advisory & Transaction Services Group. Ryan has been deeply involved in the game changing Hudson Yards development on Manhattan’s far west side since late 2011, when CBRE was awarded the agency, which includes 10, 30 and 55 Hudson Yards. As a new business development specialist, he focuses on both landlord and tenant representation, developing solutions for local and national real estate requirements for some of New York’s most significant corporate occupiers. Ryan has represented a wide range of clients including Fortune 500 companies, law firms, financial services firms and nonprofit organizations in lease acquisitions and space dispositions throughout New York City and the U.S. For the last three years Ryan has been a nationally recognized as a top producer and was named to Commercial Observer’s list of “30 under 30” in 2016.
