Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Russ Oldham is a Managing Director of Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales and brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate development, acquisitions, and financing within the multifamily sector. Mr. Oldham is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily property sales, land, and capital raises, with a concentration on the Southeast region.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Oldham served as Executive Vice President of CBRE’s Capital Markets Institutional Group, where he specialized in the exclusive listing and sale of institutional and private multifamily properties as well as land. Over the course of his ten-year tenure with CBRE, he assisted in the marketing and disposition of over $8 billion in multifamily assets and was consistently recognized as a top 10% producer. Prior to CBRE, he was a development manager and then Chief Financial Officer of Hathaway Properties, Inc. and Hathaway Construction, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia.
