Royden Hudnall specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate for investors, owners, occupiers and tenants. Royden joined Transwestern from Sperry Van Ness | Desert Commercial Advisors (SVN), where he focused primarily on Phoenix’s dynamic multifamily market. Previously, he gained experience at Bi:Radix, an online platform property managers use to operate, maintain and analyze their multifamily properties. Royden earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in real estate, finance and management from Colorado State University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Arizona.
