Ross Zimbalist joined CBRE’s Midtown office in 2006. He focuses his practice primarily within the Midtown South submarket of Manhattan, which includes neighborhoods such as Union Square, Flatiron, Chelsea, SoHo, Hudson Square, and Park Avenue South. As a result of his knowledge and expertise in the marketplace, Ross has represented some of Midtown South’s most prominent tenants and landlords. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Zimbalist was a Director at the Hunter Realty Organization, a boutique real estate company in New York City, where he concentrated on tenant representation.
