Ross is a Vice President with Transwestern based in Rosemont and works with Joe Karmin, SIOR and Justin Lerner, SIOR, concentrating in the Central / North DuPage County, I-88, Fox Valley and O’Hare markets. He has demonstrated extensive knowledge to successfully position his clients to achieve maximum value by consistently outperforming market experience and plays a large role in the business development cycle.
Ross has represented various institutional ownership firms such as Liberty Property Trust, Venture One Real Estate, ML Realty, Clear Height Properties, and Greenfield Properties. Outside of his institutional business, Ross also focuses on assisting entrepreneurial business owners across the Chicagoland submarkets in all industrial real estate related matters; purchasing, sales, investment sales, tenant advisory services, and agency leasing.
