Leading or being directly involved in the sale of over 85 apartment communities and 35 multifamily/mixed-use development sites throughout Florida with a market value of over $2 billion, Rosendo is regarded as one of the top apartment advisors in South Florida. He has represented institutional owners, private investors, and developers in the acquisition and disposition of apartment communities and vacant land throughout the region.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Rosendo was a Senior Director of the Multifamily Advisory Group of Cushman & Wakefield for over 13 years. His prior positions also included Senior Vice President of the Multi Housing Investment Group at Grubb & Ellis, and consistent Top 5 producer during his 11-year tenure with CBRE. Rosendo is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and acquired strong management consulting and financial accounting experience during his tenure with KPMG Peat Marwick and PriceWaterhouse Coopers.
