Ms. Liu is an experienced commercial real estate professional with over 10 years in financial analytics, financial modeling, market research, capital markets, debt and equity, leasing, asset management, portfolio management, development projects and joint venture partnerships in office, medical office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and retail markets. Ms. Liu re-joined Colliers International (Boston Office) in July 2023 and is currently on the US Capital Markets Analytics Group that provides all Capital Markets Professionals with in-house financial analysis and underwriting for investment sales and debt & equity deals.
