About
Rory Cameron joined Savills in March 2019 as senior managing director focusing on retail solutions for both tenants and landlords in the Washington, DC, metro area and beyond. Rory’s experience in the sale and leasing of urban retail assets give him the ability to facilitate an array of retail solutions for landlords from high street retail to large mixed-use projects to suburban shopping centers. He also assists retail tenants with roll-outs to new locations. Rory has more than a decade of experience representing tenants and landlords in all types of retail assets. He has worked on projects in various markets throughout the United States. Prior to joining Savills, Rory was director of leasing at McCaffery Inc., a Chicago-headquartered commercial real estate company specializing in mixed-use developments. While there, he helped secure a record-breaking price of $2,000 per square foot for a private seller in the sale of 2825 Wilson Boulevard to JPMorgan Chase. Before McCaffery, Rory worked at Credit Suisse in short-term fixed income trading.
