Roni Soleimani is an Investment Sales Director at Capital Property Partners. His meticulous attention to detail along with experience enables him to provide his clients with full service brokerage. Mr. Soleimani deals with a wide array of asset types including residential and commercial buildings, mixed used properties, retail condos, vacant buildings, retail taxpayers, development sites, and shopping centers. His passion for real estate drove him to begin his real estate career at the young age of twenty-one. Working with a developer, Mr. Soleimani focused on development assemblages and repositioning opportunities across the five boroughs. During his time there, he learned all aspects of the field including zoning & market analysis, construction, design, finance, sales, property management, acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Soleimani earned a degree from Adelphi University and was a proud member of the honors college. He is fluent in Hebrew and Farsi.
