Ron has nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience in all aspects of development, landlord representation, land sales, land acquisitions, tenant representation and build-to-suit projects. Ron’s major assignments includes 1.5 million square feet of Class A office product (existing and new development) at the Corporate Center buildings at International Plaza. His current focus is to expand the office agency practice in the Tampa Bay area market. Experience Before joining JLL in April 2017, Ron was a Senior Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield in Tampa where he focused on representing owners in the Westshore market and the I-75 corridor. He also served as a Vice President for the Tampa office at Carter & Associates, where he was responsible for directing the leasing effort of approximately 1.5 m.s.f. of Class A space at Corporate Center at International Plaza and Hidden River Corporate Park.
