As a 16 year veteran in real estate RJ has represented numerous commercial and residential property owners in a wide array of real estate transactions. Since joining Douglas Elliman in 2015, he has focused his real estate practice on marketing Harlem properties—specifically townhomes, and has developed a reputation as a local market expert with his monthly market analysis and involvement in the community.
Prior to joining Elliman, RJ worked in corporate banking, technology sales and as a business coach, for such companies like JP Morgan Chase, Sun Microsystems and Weichert Realtors. As an Associate Broker at Weichert Realtors, RJ was ranked in the top 2% out of 11,000 agents for selling 76 homes in four years. He has achieved many Circle of Excellence Awards - an honor given only to a few top producing agents for all of NJ.
