Robin Kane is a managing director based in Northmarq’s Fresno office. Robin oversees the Central Valley office and specializes in multifamily investment sales. He has closed over $2 billion in multifamily assets and close to $200 million in office and retail sales for several high-net-worth clients and family offices.
Prior to joining Northmarq in 2024, Robin served as senior vice president with The Mogharebi Group (TMG) and senior director with Berkadia Real Estate Advisors. Since 2020, he has participated in closing over 95 sales exceeding $700 million. Additionally, Robin has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker from 2011 to 2023.
Robin is a member of the Gazarian Real Estate Center at California State University – Fresno, Craig School of Business and is a thought leader frequently quoted in the Fresno Bee.
