Bob has established himself as a leading industrial specialist during his 30-plus year career as a commercial real estate broker with R.W. Holmes. Focusing on the Greater Boston South market (Route 24 and 495 corridors as well as the Route 128 South), he has negotiated the sale of over 700 acres of land, as well as the sale and leasing of over 3 million SF of buildings and space. His clients include Atlantic Management, John Deere, Dynavac Corp., and Door Systems, Inc. He currently represents several Fortune 1000 companies expanding into this market and exclusively represents about one million SF of industrial space. Bob is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
