About
Robert Stickel is an Executive Vice Chair for Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Atlanta office. He joined C&W in 2016 when they acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA). Robert leads the firm’s brokerage activities focused on institutional assets and multifamily investment sales throughout the Southeast with a primary responsibility for Georgia. He and his dedicated deal team have closed more than 200 transactions totaling over 50,000 units and $11B in sales volume.
With a strong track record of investor-oriented results and a team devoted to client services, Robert’s recent client work includes New Developments, Core, Core Plus, and Value-Add opportunities.
Robert has been recognized for numerous awards, including CoStar Power Broker, Top 100 Broker in the Americas by the Wall Street Journal, among many more. Also, he is active with the National Multifamily Housing Council, Urban Land Institute, Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors, and other industry organizations. He holds a BBA in Management and was a football letterman at the University of Georgia.
