Mr. Squires joined The Kislak Company, Inc. in 2003 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties throughout northern New Jersey.
After his first year with Kislak, Mr. Squires received the firm’s Rookie of the Year award. In 2008, he was promoted to a vice president becoming one of the youngest salespeople in Kislak’s then 109-year history to earn that distinction. Most recently, Mr. Squires received the firm’s prestigious Sima Kislak Jelin Salesperson of the Year award in 2016 and 2017 and its Production award in 2017, and was recognized as the first person in the firm’s 112-year history to earn gross commissions of over $2 million in a single year. In 2017, he sold more than 1,000 residential units valued at over $105 million. Mr. Squires is one of Kislak’s leading producers with northern New Jersey investment sales in excess of $750 million.
Mr. Squires holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University.
