Robert is a Vice President on the CBRE Capstone team. His primary responsibilities include serving private clients and investors in the loan origination/debt structuring of Multifamily and commercial properties across the US.
Prior to joining CBRE, Robert worked at a competitor where he underwrote and closed over $750 million in Fannie Mae multifamily loans. During this time, he worked with international support teams to streamline the processing and closing timeline while making sure to bring the best options forward for large and small clients alike.
Prior to his professional career, Robert earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University and currently has his Texas Real Estate License and resides in Dallas with his wife Marissa and son.
