He experienced rapid success early on in his career with a local real estate firm in Malden MA, which led him to become an office sales manager for two franchises in East Boston and Revere MA. He continued his growth in the industry, when he became a licensed real estate broker in 2006 and co founded M. Celata Real Estate the same year. A well known local brokerage built with an emphasis on honesty, the REALTOR’s code of ethics, and education. Robert Ricardo’s last position held there was that of recruiting director and mentor for many of the agents in the firm.
