Robert Romano serves as a Managing Director in JLL's New York City office. A real estate veteran in the tri-state area, he specializes in portfolio strategies, transaction management and related services for both national and international corporate clients. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Romano was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he developed and implemented real estate strategies for numerous Fortune 100 clients. Mr. Romano has specialized in Corporate Services, representing several major clients in restructuring their real estate portfolio. One such client saw cost savings totaling over $100 million. Current and past clients include Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc., Zurich NA, Prudential Financial, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and Associated Press. Mr. Romano’s career in real estate began at The Rockefeller Group, where as an assistant vice president, he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of office space in Rockefeller Center, a complex comprising 12 office buildings and approximately 7 million square feet.
