About
Rob Borden joined the CBRE Capital Markets team in 2019 and serves as a Senior Vice President. The team has a broad range of services including investment sales, equity placement, structured financing and strategic advisory work. Rob is responsible for the origination, underwriting, negotiation and execution of debt and structured finance needs for clients. Over his 15-year career, Rob has transacted on more than $4 billion in total sales and structured finance transactions of office, industrial, life sciences, retail, and multifamily properties.
Prior to joining CBRE, Rob spent over 13 years at JLL in the Capital Markets Group serving on the investment sales and finance teams. Rob also worked internationally for JLL on the Corporate Finance team in Frankfurt Germany, where he focused on the indirect and fund placement business lines.
