Robert joined Pierson Commercial in the Spring of 2021 after working at Newmark Companies (RKF prior to their acquisition by Newmark) national brokerage firm for 10 years.
He is a highly proficient and successful retail leasing and investment sales broker with experience representing both landlords and tenants throughout Central & Northern New Jersey.
Robert is one of New Jersey’s premier Gold Coast retail brokers having been responsible for arranging over 55 leases and sales totaling over 138,000 square feet exclusively in Hoboken and Jersey City. Having worked on both the Landlord and Tenant side to bring retailers such as Lululemon, Athleta, Bluestone Lane Coffee, Tacombi, SLT Fitness and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse to the region.
Robert has represented many institutional landlords such as Urban Edge, The LeFrak Organization, Toll Brothers, Veris Residential, Prism Capital Partners and KRE, consulting them on their retail assets.
