Bob has been actively involved in all phases and disciplines of commercial real estate brokerage and development since 1972 in both the Richmond and Hampton Roads, Virginia markets. He is experienced in land acquisition and development and regularly represents regional and national clients on multiple site deposition and acquisition projects. Between 1993 and 1998, he assisted a Richmond based assisted living company in procuring 17 sites for development throughout the Southeast. Since 1998, he has been working with Wawa to acquire retail locations in South Hampton Roads and to date has assisted in securing more than 20 locations. Currently, he is working with hotel and multi-family developers to locate parcels for development.
