Robert Lowe has been a commercial office leasing broker in Manhattan since February 1988, and has worked with Cushman & Wakefield for his entire career.
He practiced out of C&W’s downtown office for 14 years, and in early 2002 relocated to the firm’s headquarters in midtown. He has represented corporate clients in virtually every business sector – technology, media, entertainment, financial services, insurance, law, and not-for-profit. Select clients include The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Nomura, UBS, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Cozen O’Connor, and Abel Noser. He and his partners completed the largest lease transaction in midtown Manhattan in 2011, Nomura’s 900,000 sq. ft. relocation to Worldwide Plaza.
