In addition to representing tenants in leasing or purchasing their facilities, Mr. Garey has been involved in many investment sales on behalf of his clients. In 2002, Mr. Garey and his team consummated the sale of the 558,000 square foot World Trade Center and 400 Room Hilton Hotel in Long Beach, California.
