Robert J. Fitzsimmons Jr. was born and raised in the Westerleigh section of Staten Island. He attended Blessed Sacrament, Monsignor Farrell High School and is a graduate of Marist College where he earned a BS degree in business administration. After graduating Marist College, he joined the family business with a true passion for real estate and today is the Vice-President of Gateway Arms Realty Corp. Working in the field full time for nineteen years, Robert specializes in commercial sales & leasing of investment properties such as apartment buildings, office buildings, industrial & manufacturing and retail shopping centers. Furthermore, he leads the Property Management Division at Gateway Arms Realty, including the construction project management team.
