About

Mr. Filley joined Marcus & Millichap to lead office and industrial sales in the Mid-Atlantic region in March of 2014. Mr. Filley has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience including development, leasing, sales and finance. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Bob was a Managing Director with Transwestern's Institutional Commercial Group based in Washington, D.C. Mr. Filley has been involved with or directly transacted over $2 billion in investment sales. Prior to moving to Washington, D.C., Mr. Filley worked with L.J. Melody in Seattle where he was involved in over $400 million in financing over his three-year tenure. Having worked abroad as part of Koll Development Company (Irvine, CA) for five years on shopping center development in Taiwan and China, he is experienced in ground up development and speaks Mandarin Chinese. Mr. Filley offers a wide skill set of real estate expertise and brings value to clients through the perspective of different and complementary disciplines.
