Bob Berry is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 38 years’ experience in industrial end-user representation, with a special emphasis on working with major corporations on cost-reduction strategies, build-to-suit projects and disposition of surplus properties. In his career, he has negotiated over $10 billion of industrial leases and acquisitions. Bob joined Savills in 2020 after leading the industrial team in the Houston office of Avison Young for five years. Prior to joining Avison Young, he served as executive vice president of the industrial team for JLL/The Staubach Company, where he specialized in industrial tenant representation, sales and dispositions for over 15 years. Prior to joining The Staubach Company, he was a commercial real estate partner with Brown, Berry & Company for nine years. Awards, Achievements and Activities In 2008, 2009 and 2012, Bob was named JLL’s Top Producing Industrial broker in the country. He was awarded JLL’s Staubach “Top Gun” designation from 2002-2014, which recognizes the company’s overall top 20 brokers.
