Robbie O’Bryan is a Managing Director joined Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales in August 2020. Based in the Nashville, Tennessee office, Mr. O’Bryan is responsible for the origination and execution of asset and land investment sales, as well as equity capital raises for multifamily property, throughout Nashville and surrounding regional markets.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. O’Bryan was a Senior Director in the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group, where he was responsible for multifamily property marketing and sales throughout the Southeast region. Before Cushman & Wakefield acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016, Mr. O’Bryan served as a Director at MHA, where he was responsible for the firm’s brokerage activities throughout the Atlanta MSA. Throughout his career, Mr. O’Bryan has been directly involved in the sale of over 200 multifamily assets, totaling almost 40,000 units with an aggregate sales volume of over $2.3 billion.
Mr. O’Bryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia.
