Rob is a managing director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than nine years of experience in the commercial real estate and finance industry. His primary focus is providing investment services to clients within the southwestern U.S. multi-housing market. He is responsible for business development, investment advising, underwriting of investment transactions, and marketing for multi-housing dispositions and joint venture opportunities.
Rob started at HFF in February 2012. Before that, he was an associate at CBRE, where he focused on multi-housing as well as student housing properties. Prior to that, he worked for The Apartment Group, a boutique brokerage firm, where he was involved in more than $850 million in sales volume.
