About
Rob Graham is currently a Senior Vice President with CBRE joining the firm following its merger with Insignia/ESG in July 2003. Mr. Graham joined Insignia/ESG in 1992 as a dedicated landlord representative. During the last few years, he has been involved in several million square feet of lease and sales transactions in properties ranging from existing multi-tenant buildings to new construction and headquarter build-to-suits. Mr. Graham draws on excellent market knowledge and established relationships within the real estate community and is a recognized expert in the suburban office market. Rob was a member of the leasing team responsible for one of the largest suburban office transactions, a 10-year, 402,000 square foot lease with US Robotics in Rolling Meadows. In 2002, Mr. Graham was honored with the Midwest Region Agency Executive of the Year award from Insignia/ESG.
