After starting a family, they relocated from Manhattan to Jersey City, New Jersey just across the Hudson river. They saw it as a great place to raise a child, but also as an opportunity to expand their real estate business into a new up and coming market.
As true beach lovers, they were frequent vacationers to Miami.
