Rob Faktorow, nationally recognized as one of the premier Data Center real estate experts in the U.S., serves as CBRE's Vice Chairman and is based out of Northern Virginia—the data center capital of the world. Having been at the forefront of the transformation of Northern Virginia’s data center growth, Rob has conceived, structured and negotiated virtually every form of data center deal. With a long history of institutional capital markets experience, Rob has completed the sale, recapitalization, or joint venture structure of more than 250 buildings with a total aggregate value in excess of $20 billion; he has sold over 5000 acres of development land and completed transactions totaling more than $50 billion in value.
