Rob is the founder and Managing Principal of Newcor Commercial Real Estate. Prior to starting Newcor Commercial, Rob had co-founded one of the largest and most successful commercial real estate firms in North Houston and The Woodlands area. Prior to that, Rob spent several years with some of the largest International real estate firms. While gaining an extensive range of experience and consistently being a top producer at these firms was rewarding, the desire to create his own brand that focuses on true client service and relationships led him to this current path. Mr. Banzhaf’s wide range of experience includes Office Tenant Representation, Site Acquisition, Building Sales, Bank Owned REO Acquisition/Disposition, Land Purchase/Sales, and Landlord Representation. This vast experience translates to an innate understanding of the real estate process and a complete command of the transaction from start to finish. This insight enables Rob to identify and recognize the thought processes and motives behind decisions which drive the Tenant, Landlord, Buyer, and/or Seller.
