RJ Vara of Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and office assets across the West Coast. Mr. Vara’s commitment to clients is illustrated by his ability to seek opportunities and options that help them achieve the maximum return for their real estate. Vara utilizes his market expertise and the national Marcus & Millichap platform to create proactive investment strategies for clients by assessing current challenges or options clients may be facing in regards to their real estate. Prior to his joining The Leibsohn Group, Mr. Vara attained a breadth of real estate experience from previous roles in private equity, commercial lending, and tenant representation. This experience enables Mr. Vara to have the unique ability of analyzing each opportunity from the perspective of every stakeholder involved. Mr. Vara graduated from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and minor in Real Estate. When he is not maximizing value for clients, he spends his time snowboarding, golfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
