As a valued team member since 2016, Rikky brings a wealth of experience to our clients. After 19 years in commercial banking, Rikki continues to find financing solutions for small to medium sized businesses and real estate developers in real estate and other funding transactions. He provides institutional knowledge to our clients with his banking background, having closed more than $400 Million in commercial loans in his banking career. A long-time resident of the Triangle and a member of the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS, Rikky received his undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and earned his MBA from Pfeiffer University. He and his wife Amita have three children. Rikky has volunteered with many local organizations, including shaving his head through the St. Baldrick’s Foundation to raise funds to help find cures for children with cancer. As a passionate “foodie,” few area restaurants have escaped Rikky’s taste buds!
