Rick Stumm joined Newmark in 2016 as a Senior Managing Director. As a key member of the investment sales team led by Kevin Shannon, Rick is responsible for directing all phases of the investment sale process for both individual investment properties and multi-property portfolios located throughout the West Coast. Rick came to Newmark from McCarthy Cook & Co., where he managed acquisition efforts, joint venture relationships and asset financing assignments. Prior, he spent several years at Oaktree, structuring debt and equity investments across all property types. Rick started his career at Eastdil Secured, participating in the underwriting, marketing and sale of more than $20 billion in institutional office assets.
