Rick Scardino has been a commercial real estate broker for more than 30 years. Rick joined Lee in 2010 and has been a Principal since January 2014. Throughout his career, Rick has focused on all forms of retail brokerage including tenant, product, and landlord representation as well as land and investment sales in the metropolitan Chicago market.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Rick was the founder of Affinity Commercial Real Estate (ACRE). Rick formed ACRE in 2003 as a full-service boutique real estate brokerage firm. Subsequent to ACRE, he was with Grubb & Ellis for 9 years. Rick started his career with the former Childs Realty Group, spending the initial 8 years honing his craft.
Rick has a strong background in restaurant projects and land sales. Before entering commercial real estate, he spent 20 years in family owned restaurants. He has leveraged that experience to allow him to represent numerous restaurant concepts over the years either in expansion or disposition.
EDUCATION
Rick is a graduate of Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. He is a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity.
