About
Rick is a Senior Director in the San Francisco office of JLL Capital Markets. He has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance across all property types with a specialization in multifamily. He has financed deals nationwide with extensive experience in the Pacific Northwest, Mountain, and Southwest US markets. Rick began his career at Wells Fargo working in Capital Markets divisions for both CMBS and Multifamily Capital over a 10-year span with headquarters in San Francisco and New York. From there, Rick took a position with Berkadia for 5 years where he expanded his mortgage banking career to include debt placement with all capital sources. Rick subsequently joined HFF in 2018 which was acquired by JLL in 2019. He is an expert at agency lending and has built deep relationships with industry participants in all facets of commercial real estate finance. Rick is a Bay Area native and studied at the University of San Francisco, San Francisco State University, and UC Berkeley Extension. He is an active member of multiple CRE organizations.
