Rick joined Essex Realty Group, Inc. in 2021 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties on the North Side of Chicago. Before joining Essex, Rick worked at a Chicagoland multifamily brokerage where he facilitated the sale of over $140M in multifamily real estate sales over the course of five years. Prior to his real estate career, Rick enjoyed seven years of teaching U.S. history and mathematics in the northern suburbs and north side of Chicago. Rick prides himself on being able to empathize with his clients and developing a deep understanding of their business goals. Outside of Brokerage, Rick happily spends his time raising his two young children with his wife Jenny.
