About
Originally from Milwaukee, Rick Kramer joined Newmark in 1996. He specializes in Tenant Representation and Landlord Representation with a concentration on architectural, engineering, non-profit, accounting, union/pension and apparel companies. Previously, Kramer worked as Director of Procurement for Polo Ralph Lauren Leather Goods. He also worked as Manager of International Sourcing for Gitano. With such a diverse background, Kramer brings a wide range of clients to Newmark and has represented tenants in several industries. He has helped create the international headquarters and national benefits offices for International Alliance of Theatrical and Stage Employees (IATSE) and Associated Guild of Musical Artist (AGMA). Some of his other major clients include: Dupont Corporation, Cantor Seinuk Group, Lehr Associates, Libary of America, Stillwater Capital Partners, Urbahn Associates, and Israel Defense Forces. Kramer is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York (ACEC) and the Real Estate Board of New York. Education Kramer has a Bachelor’s Degree from Marquette University in Business Administration.
